Step 1 of 5 Under 30 seconds

Build your personalized fitness plan

Downtown Corpus Christi (78401 & 78402) is dense, walkable, and steps from the water. Which means you have more outdoor training options than most Corpus Christi neighborhoods, if you know where to look.

Water's Edge Park

Between the American Bank Center and the Harbor Bridge, Water's Edge Park has open lawn, benches, and steps down to the water. Great for bodyweight circuits before work or a 20-minute reset at lunch.

The Bayfront Seawall

From the American Bank Center you can walk or run 3 miles straight down the seawall to Cole Park. The mile markers are painted on the concrete. Seawall stairs make excellent interval work.

McCaughan Park (Uptown)

Small park at the north end of Chaparral. Grass, shade, benches. Ideal for a private 15-minute mobility session between meetings.
